Since the beginning of November I've been trying to get my account changed from check to a cheaper account . emails have been seen over and over again for this request.. They give me a different email account Avery time. nothing happens . every time you go on the secure chats.... an you are an a Q , you can wait up to 5 minutes but if you do not respond to their message within 60 seconds they cancel your query...Is my time Less important then theirs? why do we have to wait Minute after minute but they want to be answered the same second they send you a message ...

12 Jan 2022, 10:40Good day. I am still not happy. Money for monthly fees was taken again from my account. This was not what was agreed upon. All the previous monthly fees and penalty charges need to be reversed.
