FNB ((Bad Service))

I opened a Savings Acc with FNB and I stopped using it for 8 months because my money dissapeared from this account without a trace.I requested several times to let them close it but they told me that they can't close it because I owe them R132..I was helped by ""Elton"" Pleaee kindly help me...Regards..SE Mamogobo....Cell...08425 ***
