Fnb bad service

On 13/8/2024 my account was blocked due to suspected *****. There was no valid court order or documentation issued. i submitted an affidavit aswell. its been 7 days now that i cannot access my funds to buy food or put petrol to go to work. i have send out emails bit get no helpfull response from fnb ***** department. i am really dissipointed with the action and servive of fnb.
