FNB BAD SERVICE

Bad service I run a student accommodation business and had one student who gave me a call to reserve a room for him.We agreed after giving him my terms and conditions which was a holding deposit.The student paid the agreed deposit into my account after which we agreed that he must occupy the room as soon as possible as I was receiving a lot of enquiries about the same room.The student decided not to occupy the room as agreed stating that my establishment has electricity problems which I showed him proof it was the entire area power challenges at that time but he still did not come.I then offered the room to next student who occupoed the room immediately. The student just came back demanding his deposit in a very disrespectful manner calling me a *****ster because I took money from him but failed to give him the room.I was prepared to refund him though it's against my business principles as he wasted my time.As I was preparing t refund him he then goes to his bank making those claims of me de*****ing him and his bank contacted my bank ,FNB then contacted me.I explained the situation to FNB but they believed what the student was saying and decided to freeze my account.I the called FNB to understand on which grounds was my account but the lady failed to make me understand and dropped the phone in my ears instead.I Am extremely disgusted to say tje least with the action a big brand like FNB took against me.FNB agreed with the student that I de*****ed him even after I went to the police station and the officers explained to them that actions like those are only appropriate when the complainant come with case number.This simply means that anybody can make a false claim against any FNB client and their accounts will be closed or frozen,this is disgusting. Now FNB wants me to go to police station and make an affidavit but they can't even tell me what the affidavit must say.I Am not a complainant here to go to write an affidavit that I didn't for what and why
