FNB - Bad Service

Trying to desperately make a payment from my online banking. I need to increase my daily payment limit. The online banking won't let you do it, they say the problem is that my browser is unverified. Nobody can tell you how to verify it. There is no option to do that. Trying to run a business and make payments - now they tell me I have to do this from my phone, far bigger chance of making a mistake on your phone than transacting on your computer. Tried desperately to get hold of personal banker, he never returns my calls or mails. Customer service is appalling at FNB!!!
