FNB bad service

Good day ,last week I wrote to Hello Peter complaining about my fnb account that was put on hold,and my ref is ***,and Ms Nhlamulo Baloyi is the one who handling my case,she requested some documents which I did emailed to her but surprisingly after that I never heard any feedback from her,please help me open my account l want to move away from fnb .I am not happy,it’s almost a month now,my account been on hold.This has really complicated my business and I’m very very disappointed with their service.
