Fnb bad service
Good day On 15th of February 2023 ive informed fnb to close my account. I was told it going to take 3-5 working days after 5days i did a follow-up i was told again that my it takes 7-14 days i then did another follow-up with fnb still my account is open now its in a minus balance of R300 they want me to pay that first before they close my account.
