Fnb bad service

I have an account with FNB and wanted to open for my daughter so I can managed it on Friday, And I wasn't help as an error occur Today I called to FNB customer service for assistance I have been holding for 1 hour 30 mins Just to talk to an assistant... If you want better service don't go for FNB they don't care about their customers
