FNB Bad Service

I have asked FNB 2 months to stop my Funeral policy and yet nothing is done and they are still deducting money from my account. I also went onto the App and stopped the Debit order mandate and the installment is still going off??? So much for use the App, don't come into the bank and don't phone us !!!!!!!!!
