FNB Bad service
My account was frozen without me being notified. Went into the brunch and couldn't get help coz the person who put a hold on my account can't be contacted.

12 Jun 2022, 21:29Flocking my phone with sms that says the complaint has been opened does not solve my problem. Now I can't use my account because someone decided to freeze my account without notifying me. She did respond to the teller's email saying that she will only be able to check my account on Monday?, so I must wait for the whole weekend to use my account? I have trucks that need diesel but can't fill them up because I have no account. I'm loosing trips because of 1 person.
