FNB Bad Service

I ordered an new credit card last weekend. 3 to 5 days delivery they said. I received a call from Takelalot delivery last Wednesday saying card will be delivered last Friday. A week later and the card is still not at the branch. FNB says I must contact Takealot...... I dd not know they issue FNB credit cards. This is not good service..
