Fnb bad service

I really would like to tell my experience with FNB bank with this covid 19 if i could i would transfer from banks they are really not helpfull they only want to lend you money not stop the payments iam trying for more the n week to sort out this matter no one comes back to you,i was at our branch stand 2 houers in the row when i came in front no sorry they cant help me i need to phone in ,the numers are not working ,standard bank and absa is much better and quicker my family members payments was freezed within one houer.Really not happy with FNB
