FNB bad service

I posted a review earlier today about FNB's customer service and not a got a call from FNB complaints team. This lady calls me about my review apologizing for my bad experience and that she would get my payment allocated. The problem is that's not what my complaint was about. She had not ever read the review she was calling me about. This is the **** service FNB are now providing.
