FNB Bad service

We have a FNB Flexi Bond with FNB with a reserve.
My question to FNB was two fold, how to access and the amount we could access on the Flexi Reserve.
The other question was regarding selling our property to our Property Trust, signing OTP. Will this be seen as a bond substitution, and who signs sureties. The specialist said that all trustees had to sign sureties, even the Independent Trustee. I know this is false as I am a Professional Independent Trustee on more than 1000 trusts and never ever signed sureties on behalf of any trust, as an Independent Trustee.

But on my own Trust FNB \specialist\" seems to be clueless. She firstly could not get hold of me, telephonicaly and tried to justify her slack response. When she finally spoke to me, whilst communicating with someone else as well, she gave me incorrect responses. Finally when I asked her again, she advised me that FNB would need the trust deed.
ABSA and Standard Bank both gave me feedback within a few days, weeks later I am still wondering about FNB, hoping someone competent would contact me.
In short we have Fixed investments with FNB, my wife is a private client and still they act so slack.

"
