FNB bad Private wealth Service

I have not experienced such bad service from a bank before. I have been requesting proof of payment from an old FNB private wealth account for the past 2 weeks from FNB private wealth service and yet to date have been given the run around. I have spoken to more than 3 private wealth consultants and I get the same story every time” The relevant people in our department will get back to you”. This is poor service from FNB. I expected much more considering you guys claim to be the number 1 bank in South Africa
