FNB - bad poor serivce

9I am very disgusted with FNB i was at home and a notification came through for purchase @ Amazon -which I do not even have an account on - for R675... I reported on 10/9 @18:00, Ref *** - now they again cannot return my money for unauthorized purchase - I am so sick of getting ****med, this will be 3rd time FNB lack the ability to assist a long time client - And I Don't get through to Amazon to ask what and Who use my details of my bank FNB is not doing what they say they do not care and lack trust - now they need a slip where the F must i get a slip to prove, I DID NOT purchase anything from AMAZON!
