FNB BAD POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

I have a fnb account and i mistakenly transferred R2700 to my dads closed absa bank i was 1st told to fill in a reversal form and its not guareenteed the money will be returned then i was told its going to cost me R300 plus then was advised if the account is closed it will bounce back after 72 hours because its a closed account. Stressed and panicked a person must be worried about printing and scanning and paying R300 plus and no guarentee for the money. FNB MISTAKES HAPPEN! YOU GUYS NEED TO ADJUST YOUR POLICY THIS IS RIDICULOUS i actually feel like changing my bank! U guys are really not for the people! At the end of the day mistakes happen we as customers need to have the right and ability to reverse payments and stuff without the frills and paper work and printing and wat not! Im really upset. I mean the payment was made on the 25th not small money R2700 it was a need an emergency! And now to be told to wait 72 hours it will bounce back Which God im praying for.
