FNB BAD indicator somehere in FNB - who knows where? Oh Help Please !

I app**** for vehicle finance with Wesbank with an EXCELLENT credit score on TransUnion and others.

After paying a very old Credit Card in full via a debt collection lawyer from FNB about 2 months back, FNB ïnternal system still shows FNB BAD indicator.

Wesbank says it is FNB, FNB says it is Wesbank, then FNB says it is FNB Card.

Does FNB knows what they are doing.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE ! CANNOT BELIEVE THE PAIN I MUST GO THROUGH WITH THIS!

Still no resolution after lady from FNB informed me it is unacceptable, and will be resolved.

Please help!
