Fnb bad for service

I paid R32000. 00 to my client at STD Bank yesterday 8h10am pay and clear and still today he didn't receive the money. I called the business desk and they told me missing payment is logged. My problem is I received proof of payment and I sent it to my client yesterday but no money. My client canceled the order!!! I Lost R78000. 00 of business. I'm going to close all my Accounts. Fnb is very bad for business.
