FNB Bad Experience

I will never recommend FNB to anyone and I get alot of people who ask me which bank I suggest I decline and say FNB is the worst bank to bank with

So I lost my card then I blocked it a few hours after I realized I lost it. Then I witnessed my bank account being cleaned out and it went into a minus balance it's was high

I then went to the branch to report this but the guys from the branch neglected me then directed me to the phone to call their ***** line which I spent hours on trying to get a hold of an agent.... Fastforward I get an agent then they log a case for me the tell me to wait 30 days

So during this time everyday at midnight there's transactions happening on my account. Even my salary got paid into my account then all of it was gone and I was left with a negative balance on my account I was stranded for the month untill I switch my salary to another bank account I had

I then went to follow up as nothing is changing in my account they told me I can't get my money and as this time I have bank charges charged on my account. I couldn't close the account and the negative balance affected my credit score as I had missed payments and 4 months later they closed my account with no communication as to what is happening with my money

I wanted to take legal ac2but I can't afford legal representation and at the moment FNB has been quiet since 2023
