FNB bad evaluation standards
I'v requested a home loan from FNB and received a 95% approval . They then send out a person to evaluate the property . They then states: \ The house may not be easy to sell due to the gradient of the property". They then now inform me that they will only now give me a 85% bond approval. <br> <br> I find this extremely unimportant "
