FNB BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have made an eft nd requested a reversal on the 15th. I called in customer care for a follow up, they can't assist. I've emailed the branch who supposedly assist me and they referring me to call center. Not good enough guys. Moving people from pillar to post isn't right. Why do I have to complain to get someone to assist. CONTACT ME SO THAT I CAN GET THIS SORTED. Not the first time I've had issues with FNB nd that's the sad and frustrating part.
