FNB Bad Customer Service

I must say that FNB is just useless and pathetic.I sent a mail yesterday and got no response.I then called them and spoke to 3 consultants.I was transfered from 1 to the other.

Then this evening I received a SMS from 1 of their consultants asking how they can help,while I was typing I got a SMS back saying that will have to end our chat.

Bad customer service.
