FNB bad customer service

The customer service that I received from Philadi (general enquires (verification)) was one of the worst, refused to give her surname as well. She is rude not willing to speak to a person in an appropriate manner. She seems not to know what she is doing.

An account was opened in my name and I dont know where this is from. Please assist with all this. Its useless calling.
