FNB BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ******

Fnb has once again let me down. They deducted R5600 from my credit card. Shortly after I paid R7000 into my credit card. I was told by one of their consultants that the money would be accessible by midnight on the 25th. It is now the 27th and I am left without money. How can you take your clients money and only pay it back within 5 days. You people have no respect for your customers. I urge everybody who is not banking with FNB to stay far away from FNB. 80% of their consultants are always damn rude. They have absolutely no remorse for their clients. The way they speak to you is like they care but they don't have the time to go out of their way for you. I'm actually surprised that FNB is so successful. Once I have paid off my loan and credit card I will not be banking with FNB anymore. No respect what so ever for any of their clients. I would not recomend FNB to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate your response however it means absolutely nothing to me. No matter how much a person can voice their opinion about FNB nothing gets doing. I will receive a call telling me what I already know and their procedures and my only concern is accessing my money that FNB debited from my acc. First consultant It will be accessible by midnight Second Consultant It will be accessible within 3 days Third Consultant It will be accessible by next week Monday or Tuesday I mean come come!!! Who the he'll is training your staff and why do they not go the extra mile for their customers. Fnb could be on the next level if they just had better employees. People stop banking with FNB because of the service they get not because of minor problems. If I had called the third time and the gentleman I spoke to just made an effort to see if a plan could be made or if he could speak to someone I would have been ok. But his response which he repeated about 3 times until I dropped the call was unfortunately that is company policy. And he was so quick to say that before seeking advice from his superior. The tone in his voice was ****ing me off. I have only ever gone to hello Peter twice in my life and it's only been for FNB. If you ask me the MC Donalds staff could teach your staff a thing or 2! I was unemployed for 2 months prior to getting this money and the second it comes in I have issues. All I ask is that you train all your employees to deal with upset customers, and stop hiring people with no customer service s****s!!!!!
