FNB - bad communication

We reported a ***** case at FNB ***** Division early Dec 2022, with a police case number. All requested docs and papers has been forwarded to FNB. Its almost 2 months now and FNB is completely silent on the matter. My periodical attempts at communication with the case worker is being ignored. - 10 Dec - FNB acknowledge receipt of case and requests more docs. - 13 Dec - FNB acknowledges all docs has been received - 15 Dec - Police case no forwarded to FNB - 23 Jan - I asked for feedback There as been no communication from FNB ***** Division since 15 Dec
