FNB bad claims

FNB is the worst bank where it comes to paying out claims!!! On Monday 25July 2022 an assessor phoned me saying that my critical illness claim on HCP was 100% approved and the claim will pay out in the next 24-48 hours phoned in after 48 hours every consultant lies to you saying that It will be sorted before end of business but nothing today is 29 July and nothing as of yet worst experience ever I wont recommend taking out a insurance policy with FNB they lie to you
