Fnb bad business practise

I'm so disappointed in the way Fnb conducts their business. Taking money from accounts during this lockdown when some of us lost our jobs. How can they make manual deductions without even giving you an opportunity to make an arrangement. I'm never doing business with this company ever again. There seems to be a lot of complaints around them I've never been this unhappy in my whole banking experience
