FNB BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I would advise anyone NOT to have/open an FNB account. They very quick to take fees....but no service. Try calling their helpline....you will get the usual recorded message "we are experiencing high call volumes"...the usual standard message. Not going into too much detail....THEY ARE SHODDY!! Move to Capitec....they are BRILLIANT....and fees are so much less. I spoke to a branch Manager about the issue....and he was great (not mentioning names). Even with e-wallet....they manage to send me the OTP for a transaction....but TRY transact.... Shoprite etc systems say INVALID CELLPHONE NUMBER....how the hell to they send me an OTP if my number is invalid?????? I think the CEO needs to be replaced....obviously doesn't doesn't know how to run a bank professionally....part of HIS/HER responsibility to make sure the organization is properly run!! I would encourage everyone....once Capitec offers 'business accounts'....MOVE YOUR ACCOUNTS....which I'm sure most are going to do anyway.....
