FNB *******

I transfered money from my current account to a closed credit card account that was not part of my selection in my banking app. I was told the money will reverse in my account. 2 weeks later following up every 3 days my money has not been returned. FNB cannot trace the money but they can confirm it left KY account to a closed account and disappeared.
