A ***** of R10000 was reported on the 15.12.2023 around 19h00,( I have the case number) failing to give the information of the person who who my money, nor refund me. Instead I'm the one calling them weekly for feedback and they promised to send correspondence but even today I haven't received anything formal from them. What is the ***** insurance for?
