FNB......?????

usually my SA pension is in the bank on 24 or latest 25th of the month. I contacted my pension people, they paid it over on 20 Feb, Thursday... you would think plenty time to clear and put into my account? I have bills due today. I have a savings account... what if i try to pay my accounts, will they decline it because there is nothing there? I went to the bank, told them my problem, they dont know why...?? So how can i shop with no money.... FNB are getting to be a useless bank.
