I am very disappointed with the service regarding the settlement of My Home Loan, on the 15th of February the account was settled as per Balance on the settlement letter but on the 26th the debit order still went off. What am I still being charged for? The call was of little help requesting me to complete a refund form that will take ages for Me to get my money back!!! Such an inconvenience.
