FNB

Trying for 8 months to get service charges removed and nothing is being done. Calling them I get transferred from one department to the next and after 15min of holding on nothing is done. Sending emails is no use, no reponse. Going to the branch is of no use as they do not get things done. Trying to get things done on secure chat is also a waste of time. I am discussed with the service I get from FNB after all the promises they make you when opening an account. I logged a complaint and they say 24-48 hours before I get a response. WHAT THE HELL????
