*** FNB

Im really disgusted in FNB, I went to close an account because only paying fees every month so its useless... I went to Southern Centre Branch to fond out the have moved... I contacted FNB and they said cannot close my account over the phone?? So I asked why can I close my business account over the phone?? She could not answer me so feels like pure Laziness. I went to New branch at Fleurdal mall and guess what... They cannot assist me to close my account because they have no tellers???? *** FNB... Now I dont care for that account I have proof trying to close it and your *********** staff is to lazy or whatever.
