So it has been a month since i paid off all my debt and requested paid off letters for the debt review company i went through, i have followed the procedures given to me by the fnb Ballito Branch and still nothing, i went to the bank and sat for over a hour on the phone and still nothing, i have tried sending an email to *** for help but the email given does not exist, so now my only hope is to post on hello peter and hope that fnb might respond
