FNB - avoid

Terrible service, helpdesk are rude and unprofessional, unexplained deductions from my account and when you query it the support team are terribly unhelpful and rude. High monthly fee`s for very little benefit. Their systems are slow, they have over complicated everything and keep adding things for the sake of adding things that have no real benefit and just make it harder to use. Avoid and go with a cheaper, simpler and just as secure bank.
