FNB avis not refunding deposits for 2 months
FNB keeps referring my refund on the third party AVIS car hire. one of these institutions has my money but none are refunding me. ive been trying to get a call from FNB to try and get some info for the last month. fnb says avis owes me the money and avis says that fnb must release it to me. poor poor embarrassing service.

08 Jan 2021, 07:56FNB contacted me regarding this matter then promised to send me statement history. this history has disappeared from my internet banking and i have not been contacted again for 3 days.
