fnb automated service - is this bank real?

i tried opening a bank account for 3 months and after all this time the account is not opened and i have not one person accountable for this situation - i have a meaningless reference number 740038. after numerous complaints , shouting, threatening and sweet [URL Removed] useless people that knows they don't need to take responsibillity, because they have an \automated"system to hide behind...i read this article ... [URL Removed] ...... and realise this is not something aimed at me"
