FNB authorized credit enquiry

First of all I am not an FNB client, secondly why is there on my credit record a enquiry for FNB MNG, if I have not authorized such a enquiry on compuscan, I have queried this by compuscan, but FNB must know its ******* to do a credit enquiry ********ly without consent.
