FNB authorized an unauthorized debit order

I tried to call the call centre as they sent an email that they cant get hold of me.

Either i hold forever or my call gets cut. How can a trustworthy bank like FNB authorize an unauthorized debit order and i need to struggle to get hold of my bank to get this reversed?
