FNB auction and no communication

Being a client for 18 years to FNB and our house gets put up for auction without any notification or contact being made. Our house is in the process of being sold all documentation is with the Executors (Hack stuppel and ross) which the bank had appointed along with a signed POA, who had advised, that due to the house being in a late estate it will take up to 6 months for everything to be complete, but today (23/09/2020) boards have been put up stating our house will be auctioned off on the 06/10/2020. i have now tried making contact with FNB and been put on hold for an hour with no agent returning.

this is our roof over our heads, but just another person to FNB.

this is the worst service or regard for clients
