FNB & Attorneys doesn’t want to accept offer.

I’m trying to settle a credit card. The account has been handed over and I’m asking for a discounted amount, which I will pay in full. The attorney said I’ll have to wait until the “festive season” before FNB might consider a discount..!? How does this work? I know other banks offer significant discount on such accounts, why can’t FNB. Guess I’ll have to wait until the “Festive Season” then... Great work FNB...
