FNB Attorneys CMC not incomtepent

Hi have an outstanding CC with FNB which was handed over to CMC Attorneys. All I do is pay and i never see what i am paying towards, When i do inquire with the person handling my account, Tracey, she doesn't respond to emails which means i have to call her and nag for days before i get any statement out of her. I really don't think she knows what she is doing. I have tried to get EDC Assist to get CMC out of the way but they refused. All i do is pay CMC and not this FNB CC. I also have a life and want to see this out of the way eventually. Can FNB get someone else at CMC to take over my account as i can't deal with Tracey any longer, and please please please may i see what i am paying towards, how much of the R1500.00 i pay monthly goes towards interest and what i am left with. I do not appreciate my money being taken with no explanations. I really need FNB to intervene with this as i think they are the best bank<br> <br>
