FNB Attorneys

I have made a payment arrangement on a credit card through your attorneys. Your attorneys offered me a settlement discount over a period of 12 months. There are currently two payments left. I called for the balance as I thought I would settle it and found out the balance has doubled. Their reasoning is that after they sent me the agreement FNB's mandate changed and the agreement has thus also changed. Our agreement was made before your mandate changed and I have every written proof that of your attorneys accepting this agreement. I don't understand why as I have been paying regularly and on-time our previous agreement has to change without me even knowing about it.

I find it completely ridiculous that your attorneys make an agreement with me as mandated by you and when I finally think I'm nearly done with this debt you can just add on more.

Can someone please contact me regarding this.
