Fnb - Atrocious banking service

24 while hrs ago, I did 2 transactions, namely an interaccount transfer and a payment to my discovery bank account and to my absolute horror the following happened:

1. Inter account transfer completed but my money doesn't reflect into the account I transferred to. My money literally disappeared. 2. Payment to my discovery returned incomplete 24hrs later and again the money isn't in either of the accounts.

This is really poor service, interaccount transfers must literally take seconds to complete not 24hrs and as I write this my money is not in my account. Payment reversals should also reflect accordingly....I have money but no access to it...this is the last time I transact through fnb...they have lost a customer in me...
