FNB ATMs card ******** in Johannesburg

It's no longer safe at FNB ATMs. So much ****s and bank is not doing anything about this. I was ****** R1000 at the FNB Bank city ATMs, there are cameras but my question is: What's the point of installing cameras where as there's no one monitoring such? What's the point of hiring security guards who are not playing a watchdog role? I called the FNB ***** line but I was splashed with a bucket of ****. The lady was just cold, as if I invited those ******** to take my money, and worst part.. We get these ****s at FNB ATMs. Where are supposed to withdraw money when ATMs are no longer safe?
