FNB ATM's

Here we are once again with the same issue...atm swallows my card and fnb expects me to pay for a new one. Except this time.i get told I need to claim the money back....my card was swallowed by one of fnb's machines and then told I must claim the money back from them after I get billed. Lekker let's fight for my money back once again! Thank you
