FNB Atm's are so frustrating

SECOND incident with FNB Atm's..in A WEEK!! Atm swallows the cash and then suddenly reboots and that too with no receipts!! Then there is NO LAND NUMBER TO CHAT TO STAFF AT THE BRANCH!!! YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE BRANCH!! with my first atm experience it took the bank over 10days to refund my cash into my account!! I had to leave work 5times to go into the bank to get feedback!! Same thing happened yesterday at the FNB atm in Murraylaan Brits! So now I sit again and wait 10days or more for my Money!! Why have a damn atm to deposit n be fancy when they can't maintain the atm!! 95% of the time the atm's are out of service!
