FNB ATM took my money

The ATMs at the Brooklyn branch have issues, I’m not sure if they are not serviced or what, last week the atm ate my card and I had to order a new one at my own expense.

Today the ATM took my money and gave me a slip that my cash deposit was unsuccessful. I then called the call centre to inform them of this and they advised I go to three branch tomorrow, they will count the money and credit the balance.

I’ve heard many stories where they come back and claim that the money in the atm balanced, I hope I won’t be getting such stories because it’s a lot of money and an inconvenience to me!
